Our company is situated in Spain at the Costa Blanca, or more precisely in the Urbanization La Marina south of Alicante, and we offer an extensive service both for natives and for German-speaking and English-speaking customers.

Our property administration primarily covers the maintenance of your house as well as the pool maintenance and garden maintenance. But our service includes also construction works like renovations and modernizations as well as smaller repair works and much more. Just ask us! We would like to contribute to preserve the value of your property.

Furthermore we issue all kinds of written translations. And should you need a multilingual accompanying service, we are the right contact for you. At the police, the doctor's or any other authorities, our interpreting service speaking German, English and Spanish will take care for you. So you avoid misunderstandings with potential unpleasant consequences.

In addition, we offer our clients support at local authorities and service providers, in case of power failures, water damages, problems with telecommunication services etc. Paperwork on the PC as well as a number of other services can be inquired individually.
