House maintenance, pool maintenance and gardening

Many property owners stay at the Costa Blanca only a couple of weeks a year. This time is really too good to spend with repairs, maintenance or trips to the authorities. However, if you don't look after your property, it will decrease in value. We can avoid this if you want us to maintain your property during your absence. And the most beautiful weeks in the year remain what they should be: Holidays!

We check your house or your apartment weekly or once a month, as you like. We offer outdoor and indoor controls with or without ventilation of the rooms, we activate the water taps to prevent unpleasant smells and "uninvited guests", we check your water meter to avoid horrific costs caused by an undetected water leak and we contact you immediately if there are any irregularities.

Gardening and pool cleaning is also part of the house maintenance. Our pool service includes a regular control and cleaning of the pool. We inform you about necessary repairs and maintenance work and engage on request corresponding experts. The garden maintenance is carried out individually depending on size and planting of the garden.

Even residents who live in La Marina throughout the whole year can make use of our service. Nobody likes to leave his property completely unattended if he goes for holidays or to the family at home. You can leave without worrying; just make a short-term maintenance contract with us. As we do regular controls we can inform you at once if there are any incidents and take up the necessary measures in accordance with you.
